HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Please allow us 4-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for processing your order.
We ship from Florida, USA. Once we ship your order, you will receive a shipment and tracking confirmation email. You may use that tracking number to monitor delivery status information.
Please note that the information available to Liam & Colby Co is the same as what is available to you on the web via your tracking number.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase (must be unworn, unwashed and with tags)
Due to our stock changing continually, we will not be accepting exchanges, as we cannot promise an item will be in stock by the time we receive your returned item. The best way to exchange is for you to receive store credit then place an order for the item you wish to exchange for. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page.

BEFORE YOU SEND YOUR ITEMS BACK TO US, please email liamandcolbyco@gmail.com with your order number for return instructions.
WHAT IF MY ITEM DOESN'T FIT AND YOUR ARE OUT OF STOCK?
You are able to return your item and we will kindly give you a store credit for the amount you paid for until we get the item back in stock.
